Wade Clark Roof

Wade Clark RoofWade Clark Roof is well known for his research on baby boomers, Generation X, and religion in American society. The J. F. Rowny Professor of Religion and Society and director of the Center for the Study of Religion at the University of California - Santa Barbara, he is currently studying congregations and generational cultures. A religion consultant for the MacNeil-Lehrer News Hour, Roof has recently published The Post-War Generation and Establishment Religion: Cross-Cultural Perspectives and Work, Family, and Religion in Contemporary Society.(Bio dated 1997)
